Fitting for the latest addition to the beer lineup, Fenelon Falls Brewing Co. releases a Raspberry Berliner Weisse.
Available in our Retail Bottleshop and for delivery across Ontario, the Raspberry Berliner Weisse is another exciting new addition to the lineup this summer.
This new release comes on the heels of our much-requested Mango Pale Ale, in the second release of the summer season.
The Raspberry Berliner Weisse features subtle sour tartness with the sweetness of fresh raspberries.
“We wanted to add something to our beer lineup that’s lighter on the alcohol content. At 3.5% the Raspberry Berliner Weisse is filled with berry aromas with a light tart finish. An easy summer sipper to enjoy on the dock.” says Head Brewer, Russell Gibson. “ It’s our first new release for our summer season this year, and the Berliner Weisse style is ideal for hot weather in Cottage country”, Gibson adds.
Pairing well with many foods, including a variety of other fruits to compliment the natural taste, or foods rich in oils to contrast such as brisket, curries, or various barbequed items, the Raspberry Berliner Weisse is perfect for your summer adventures!
