Fenelon Falls Brewing Co
A slightly darker version of a standard Vienna Lager. Using traditional or similar ingredients to the Czech region, the style is known for a slightly sweeter body due to under-attenuation by the yeast, and indigenous Czech or noble hops equivalents.
An amber lager with notes of almond, and caramel. A slight earthiness resolves in a refreshing, clean finish with a light touch of sweetness.
